Hello all I got the Rear TSB done on my Tacoma and instead of a spacer I decided to go w/ the Bilstein 5100"s.
Is $190 shipped a good price?
Does anyone have a reccomendation on where to get them?

    Thanks
    Otto

I am guessing I need a spring compressor to remove the spring from the shock to switch out the old to new shock.

should be able to take it to a local shop and have em do it for yah...usually they can do it fairly cheap.

the rental kits for spring compression are pretty sketchy.

Here is a pic after TSB was done .You can see how much higher the rear is.
I will more probably go w/ the 1.75" setting.

Check the coupon codes on the DSM sticky in the link provided above too. I saved several bones with that...and yep, 1.75 should be right with the rear TSB.

I have the TSB and set at 1.75. It looks level, but by measuring the rear is 1" higher.

For the front, yes. You can rent one from local parts store usually. I phase to leave a $50 there and got it back when I brought back the tool.
