Raptor liner for chrome bumper or powder coat?

I did a search but found little about Raptor Liner Kit on this site. There was a nice write up on some dodge truck in the bed. It looked good and seems easy enough to spray.

Has any here used it and have experience with it over one year? How has it held up? Better than a rattle can rustoleum bed liner? I am sure it is not as great as Line-x.

I am brain-storming the idea of Raptor-lining my chrome rear bumper. Would that work well if I roughed up the surface with sandpaper? I'll probably also do some nerf bars.

Another question....there is a great place here locally that does nice powder coating. Could the rear bumper be done? I only ask as its chrome and I figure he'd have to blast it a little first, then PC it.

Raptor is what I plan to use for several things. I have researched on other sites and it seems to be a very high quality product. I prefer these finishes to powdercoat on bumpers. Either way, you should probably sand blast it. Sanding chrome does not work. It's too hard.

You can buy the Raptor in a kit that comes with a special gun. You can control the roughness of the surface with the air pressure. It's best to put down a couple coats at higher pressure, then lower the pressure for the last coat to create the texture you want.
