Hey ... Give the young OP a small break!!

We all have done something like this. Praise be most of us haven't hurt anyone, or ourselves. Yeah, I know some really bad stuff can happen.

I've driven a Shelby Mustang at 135+, a Mercedes at 130, an ice racing car at 95+, and a Taco at 100+. All over the last 45 years - no accidents at speed. Am I stupid, lucky, what?

The Taco is prepped for it, good tires, etc., etc.

For all the doubter and whiners, it is a 2008 DC/LB, 4.0, auto, TRD intake and exhaust, ICON suspension, etc., etc.

Loaded with tool box, 3-35" and 39" race spares, pit box, fuel jug, cooler, etc., etc, it cruises at 99 on GPS, 100 on speedo, at 3000 rpm in Baja.

It is stable, handles well, brakes OK.

Am I stupid? - yes. Have I hurt anyone - no. Am I too old to know better - yes. Do I enjoy what I do - yes.

    Flame on ...
