I'm feeling something really smart coming on....... wait for it......

Real men don't drive tacos, they drive full size trucks.

Makes about as much sense as the primer and enamel theory.

Anyone born before 1990 knows you gotta use the dip, cause that's all we had back then!!

So other than detoxing sheep, did OP figure out what he's doing with his fender flares?

I sprayed my rocker panels and fender flares with Raptor liner that I got off Amazon.com. If you want an affordable alternative to Line-X it works well. The kit comes with a spray gun and enough liner to undercoat the whole truck if you wanted. There is no going back though, this is permanent. I like it, its tough and easy to do, as long as you prep the surface and cover anything you don't want to spray. There is even a tintable kit if you don't want black.

My wife had this truck for a few years before me. Men seem to inherit womens unmaintenanced cars at I do...Anyways I always hated scrubbin off brake dust cause she drives like a dick. As I was doing I would always said "I cant wait til I have my truck back and I can paint the rims black"- Then she wrecked it and I saw the op to get my truck back!!
She always wanted it stock and I always wanted to play like a kid and spray paint shit on my truck and make it bigger and all. It was stock til Dec 15! So I havent even done any big stuff.
As soon as I finish paying her new whip off in june I will do a lift and some real rims and rubber. Til then this is the most incredibly versital Camping/surfing/spearfishing/hunting/fishing/etc etc etc ride I got. I likes, and I like hearing what all you guys do to. Gets me all hyped up to do things I normally would just put off!!

That didn't take long to get off track. I originally thought just the bottom of the truck with some undercoating but by popular opinion this idea is a SnAFu. I enjoyed the kindergarten banter though. Thanks for the responses.

Ok... how about under coating with bed-liner? This should be interesting...
