Ultime n00b question.

Just purchased a 2011 2.7 regular cab Tacoma, and I'm loving it. But, whenever I go to look at parts for it - even simple things - it keeps saying these parts only fit 05-10. Would it fit my 2011, or am I SOL? Excuse the noobage, I'm new to the Toyota game

Most normal parts will fit any 05+

 

Depending on what it is, most parts fit 2005 - 2011. There are some variations but not a whole lot changed from 2010 to 2011. Got anything in particular you're asking about?

 

Mainly just trying to get a few new goodies, such as a new grille, shift knob, and headlights for now, but I'm sure there will be plenty more in the future.

 

The 2005 - 2008 grilles are identical, the 2009-2010 I believe have a grey center and the 2011 has a slightly different look with a honeycomb center. They're all interchangeable though as far as fitment goes. I swapped a 2011 grille on my 2007, perfect fit.

The shift know and headlights are interchangeable as well. The newer TRD models have the black chromed headlights for a slightly different look from older years and stripped down models.
