I would agree, but if OP is getting the springs and top plates also (in pic) then it's a pretty good deal.

Rear Leaf spring TSB, Bilstein 5100's all around w/ front set at 1.75", 265/75R/16 Mickey Thompson Baja STZ's, Trailer hitch w/custom wiring, AFE drop in dry filter, Rear Diff breather mod, Debadged truck, customized stock TRD wheel center caps, added factory fog lights, bed mat, door sills, tinted windows
The coil seats of the 5100's have changed- in the picture are the older ones made out of aluminum. The newer ones are made of steel. Not sure when they changed them, but its been awhile. This may help with the age factor. But as many have stated I recommend buying new just because the price for a new pair is minimal... and it seems he used the boots off the factory Billys...

Bilstein changed their spring seats from the aluminum as pictured to a black stamped steel piece some time ago, me thinks at least a year ago. There is no way those have 5k on them.

Buy new for peace of mind.

I'd buy that setup for $100 in a second if they were set to the height I wanted. You'd be getting a deal on the shocks, plus save time and $$ getting them put together for you or borrowing/renting a compressor. These look like they're set at 2.5" though, which is higher than I'd run Billies, so I'd personally pass.
