    nothing yet!
I have seen the plasti-dip on that lower middle portion of the front bumper, but is there anything I can use that would make it glossy? I'd like the glossy look instead of the matte look.

    Thanks

Not sure. People use plasti-dip just because it is removable. I'm not sure if you should paint it or not if you want that glossy look.

Plasti-derp can be painted over. Makes peeling a little harder but it can be done without harming your paint.

Vinyl wrap is an option. Oracle and 3M (some of the top brands for automotive exterior grade vinyl) are brands that I've wrapped full vehicles with in the past and they come a ton of different finishes, I can't remember the model/series for Oracle but for 3M check out their 1080 Series stuff.
