Im having an issue with my 06 tacoma. Its a Xtracab, 4x4, 4.0L v6, with trd offroad package and tow package with about 80,000 miles on it. There is a churping noise that started off only when the clutch was not engaged and in neutral. now i can hear it in first and second gear at slow speed. the churping goes away if i press the clutch pedel half way but if it is fully pressed down or not being pressed at all then it churps loud and proud. Do i need a new clutch? any recommondation on brands or type?

LEER Shell with dome lights operated with 3 way switches, aux backup lights with relay and 3 position switch, modified wiring to compass/temp display and clock to include switch that disables dimming function (poor man's DRL solution), Scan Gauge 2
Search "throw out bearing". It's a common problem and the parts involved have been updated. Make sure you get the updated parts or you run the risk of it reoccuring.
