Help with alignment specs

2010 TRD OR Dbl cab with toytec ultimate lift set at 3" in front and dakar leaf packs in the rear. I have LR UCA's. I initially had an alignment like 3 days after putting the lift on, roughly about 1.5 years ago. I have not had pulling issues with the steering but have excessive outter tire wear. So decided to get an alignment, cost me $80. Seems to have a very slight pull to the left now. Are these aligment specs normal? They said they set the alignment to factory specs.

Before measurements

LF RF
camber 0.0 camber 0.1
caster 1.9 caster 1.9
toe -0.12 toe 0.02

LR RR
camber -0.4 camber -0.4
toe -0.06 toe 0.16

After measurements
LF RF
camber 0.5 camber 0.5
caster 1.8 caster 1.8
toe 0.03 toe 0.03

LR RR
camber -0.4 camber -0.4
toe -0.04 toe 0.17
