    Does anyone know how I could make the whole light on my 2012 mirror blink when I turn on my turn signal instead of just the tip, which is what currently blinks.

    Shouldn't be too hard, splice it (the whole mirror lamp) in to the blinker wire & remove the hot going to the mirror lamp.

    Its designed to look like that. I would think you would need to tear apart and cut a hole under the lens for a new bulb?

    The whole light does blink. I just walked outside to check. I tried to get a picture, but I fail at timing and the neighbors must think I'm nuts.
