I would go with the National Luna setup. Ive never heard of the other one. There is one other company called IBS that makes a similar setup as well.

trust me, optimas have an iffy history in general and personally. They are 90% good batteries...its the 10% that sucks. Ive used many optimas and for most part they where all good.... til my blue top blew up, but still i chucked it to a freak accident. so i got a red top...which also got bloated and spewed all over the place. thats when my buddy told me about odyssey batteries and haven't had to look back. I have one thats 4 years old on my '98 Land rover Disco ( and my Tacoma) with (7) 4000 Hellas, (6) ultra beam FFs Hellas for under carriage, and double beam Hella rear work lamp, Engle fridge, CB and Ham radio, plus all the typical truck electronics working off one 2150 battery without a single hiccup so far....thats a good battery.
My Tacoma will NEVER be put through what My Disco gets put through, but i still throw an Oddissey on it because there no point on risking it.
