They change the oil & rotate the tires for free if that program was available for the 12 models. My 11 had that deal, free oil changes up to 25,000 miles. I recently used my last free oil change. Now I will change the oil myself & use synthetic.

Good record on the computer of all service done... helps maintain the truck and eliminates doubt if there ever is any waranty issue for the 36,000 mile bumper to bumber or 60,000 mile drivetrain waranty.

If you have a smartphone download the app aCar. Great tool for record keeping your vehicles.

Any service done at a Toyota dealer will show up on http://www.toyota.com/owners/web/pages/home
I couldn't get this website to work with Google Chrome. It works with IE.

You can download, print ,or add a service record on the Toyota owners page.

I have mix feelings man. I just don't have a good experience with dealership.

Back in the days when I brought my new 350z for the first oil change, the rear bumper ended up with a tow hitch hole on the rear bumper. Good thing I caught it before leaving the lot since they kept quiet about it:mad:

Does Toyota do a walk through of the vehicle and have you sign it first for any markings, etc.

I also have a 2012 taco with 2k miles that comes with the free maintenance.

I never used the free oil changes that came with my new truck. Did it myself. Who do you trust more, you or the kid at the dealer that gets stuck doing all the oil changes? I'm not saying it's always like that, but I don't want to find out.
