    Just so you guys know,

after two weeks of hasseling the dealership and finally figureing out the process... YOU CAN GET YOUR REAR LEAFS CHANGED TO THE FOUR PACK FROM THE STANDARD 3 PACK. call corporate at 18003314331 and ask to open a case regarding your suspension being very weak and bottoming out to the point where its an uncomfortable ride... (really was for me)... and then theyll put everything in the system and a case manager will give you a call back the next day after doing his research. and have to bring your taco into a local dealership to get inspected..... make sure you dont have a leveling kit or anything of that sort on, per jeff moore(my case manager) this will affect how they feel about working on your truck. if theres any questions please feel free to pm me. hope this helps ... god bless and get it muddy!!!

^ good to know, I'm 99.9% sure my incoming Sport will have the 4 pack (based on several dozen of folks who have posted in a 2012 TSB thread)- if for some unknown reason it doesn't- I'll know what to do :)

I have a 2012 Prerunner TRD Sport and it has 3. I don't come close to bottoming out but I don't go off road either.

Overloading the trailer tongue could have been an issue with your overloaded suspension. Also, no need for caps.

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
Why all the yelling? I had no trouble getting the TSB done on my 11, got a good dealership in Great Falls though!

towing and hauling are two different numbers.

you can TOW 6500lbs with V6 and tow package, 3500lbs with "standard" package (whatever that is)

but you can only HAUL 650 with V6 and tow package and only 350 with "standard" package.

so these trucks with V6 and tow package should still be able to haul 650 lbs and ride good (which they don't at all). But above that you're going over mftr specs and at that point its not on them.

Its all a mute point because my truck has a V6 and tow package (3 leafs on mine btw..even with "tow package") and can barely HAUL 400lbs without bottoming out on the freeway bumps at 70mphs....needless to say, at my 5k service at dealer, this is getting fixed to.
