Welcome from Ga. Why would that look funny since the Sport comes with 17's anyway?

I'm a big fan of 16s. Cheaper tires and they offer more protection out onthe trials.

The hard part is finding 16” wheels that will fit our trucks.

I’m not sure if you knew this but all TRD Sport models have 17” inch wheels, the TRD Off Road models have 16”s.

Yea i knew that, thats what i didnt get why not just put all 17s, but ya i am finding it hard to find 16s, do you have fancy rims and tires on yours also?

And forster!! Really?? mines an 07, i think i seen that once before an access cab with the rims that are identical to the double cab ones. with the 17s..

I just ordered these in a 16. Summit Racing promised me they would fit. I wouldn't call them fancy. I'm too hard on wheels to buy any of expensive fancy wheels. I like that if I beat up that fake () rock ring I can simply replace it.

For me I think 17s look better but wheel and tire for a 17 cost more. It's not worth it to me. If I didn't take my truck off road I would without a doubt rock some 17s or 18s they just look good.

And the tires I have (2657017) are actually cheaper than a comparable 16" size (2657516)

How much did those run you? I didn't know the ring was removable.

i just got them in 17's for my 2011 sport. I'm going to be running 285/70/17's with fierce attitude m/t's. they look sick!! too bad i forgot that i'll need the 3" lift in front for them to clear. ordered 5100's now. now i got wheels staring at me in the garage and i can't put them on yet.
