I'm a big fan of 16s. Cheaper tires and they offer more protection out onthe trials.

The hard part is finding 16” wheels that will fit our trucks.

I’m not sure if you knew this but all TRD Sport models have 17” inch wheels, the TRD Off Road models have 16”s.

I just ordered these in a 16. Summit Racing promised me they would fit. I wouldn't call them fancy. I'm too hard on wheels to buy any of expensive fancy wheels. I like that if I beat up that fake :)rolleyes:) rock ring I can simply replace it.

For me I think 17s look better but wheel and tire for a 17 cost more. It's not worth it to me. If I didn't take my truck off road I would without a doubt rock some 17s or 18s they just look good.

Yes i hear that 17s definately cost more specially for tires to! I dunno maybe ill get 16s, i think 16s with like 285 would make the truck more like an offroad truck dont u think?

And the tires I have (2657017) are actually cheaper than a comparable 16" size (2657516)

How much did those run you? I didn't know the ring was removable.

I got one of mine in the mail today and did a test fit. The 16" fits just fine.
