CORBEAU Seats

Anyone put a set of these in a second gen. yet? Im looking for some new seats for my '12 to get rid of the stock bench seat. Wondering how these are or if anyone has any other suggestions.

 

Mjp2, I have a question. Is there a way to bypass the airbags? So the light stays off? I've seen the write up on making the airbags work with buckets but that was quite labor intensive. Has anyone just bypassed the airbags in the seats?

 

Thanks for the info. A couple people iv talked to said they have a solution for the airbag problem so im hopping for the best

I didn't get the seats yet and have them do the instal but once I do and if they really figured it out i'll definitely let everyone know.

 

cool. I tried to post a smiley but they don't work with tapatalk and phones... I'd really like to know what you figure out. I have seen a few mods to make it work, but one seemed like a hell of a lot of work and I really just want to fool the truck into thinking the stock airbags are there.

 

there are solutions, im running Porsche seats and have no airbag warning lights and a working passenger side occupant detection thin. but you do have a '12, so things might have changed, and you have many airbags lol

 

how did you make the airbags work? I am going to try and thumb through your build thread.
