Will it be rubbing alot or just a little and how much trimming will I need to do. Any Inputs will greatly helps and yes I search.

Just typed in 285/75/16 and this was one of the many comments I found, search a little more trust me its on this site somewhere.

No matter what your lift height, 285/75R16 is going to need plastic wheelwell trimming and mudflap removal, as well as possibly cab mount chop.

i have different rim but the same backspacing and the same tires. it will fit but you will have to remove mudflaps (which it looks horrible with them on there anyway, first mod i ever did was take them off) and the wheel well plastic will need to be trimmed only in the front, about the area where the bumper is.
