    most tire shops will steer clear of adpaters/spacers. too much liability issues for them. if you can change a flat tire, you can put these adapters on. it's pretty straight forward and simple, a cave man can do it;).

    Lol well I'm new to all this stuff..I know this is a dumb question but what exactly do you mean by torquing them?

    It means using a torque wrench which will allow you to ensure you have them tightened down to the correct pressure

    Isn't that the same thing as an impact wrench?

    Pretty confident you shouldn't use an impact wrench on wheel spacers
