Remember to thoroughly use their toilets when you pick up your truck.

I checked the toilets out. No chance of an upper decker. Plus it ain't the janitors fault.

I thought about going elsewhere but the General Manager had a frank convo, gave me a different salesman, loaned me a car, and modified the sales agreement with new financials and extras. I left happier now that I can beat one of their vehicles instead of riding the metro, and I get free gas.

No, I spoke to a salesperson on the phone when I was shopping. i think I talked to someone at every dealership! Anyway, they didn't have a truck I wanted and they didn't seem interested in finding what I wanted.

They're some fuckers for sure. I don't know why they ordered mine, but as you, I spoke to every dealer from Bowie to White Marsh.

They all seemed disinterested when I said I wanted to order. In the end maybe my order lost my salesman his job....? The original one was frank, honest, and jus did it plain and simple. Not so much moving forward.

I ended up finding a truck at Koons Toyota in Westminster. Koons has 5 toyota dealerships. I changed my mind on the color I wanted after seeing the one I had chosen. That was a Saturday afternoon. On Monday morning they had the truck I wanted on the lot and ready to go.

What color? What I have coming in is Spruce Mica

BTW, thanks all for the advice and poll responses. I'll probably still firebomb the place.

nice job with the dealer. Also, make sure you tell them you're not taking delivery until the damn tsb on the rear leafs is done. That way you don't have to go back later on and go through the hassle with the service guys. Congrats on your new taco!!:D:D

There are worse things that can happen to you in life and worse things that can happen to you at a dealer. I know it sucks bit its not a perfect world and people that work at dealers are no exception.

Sounds like poor communication and poor ogranization on the part of the dealer in this case. It happens. However, it is in your best interest to not go off half-cocked over it though and start getting in peoples' face. It will only piss off the people you are working with on this issue and the result is just two really pissed off parties. The best thing to do if you are not satisfied is go somewhere else or try to maturely and politely voice your concerns with dealer management. Just going off on the dealer manager/Toyota Customer Service will not do anything for you either.

Joking about firebombing and stuff because a dealer sales rep rubbed you the wrong way is pretty immature.
