Demographics

Saturday I am taking delivery of my 2012 Tacoma Dbl. Cab 4x4 in Pyrite Mica. This will be my 5th Toyota truck. I am trading in my RAV4. Looking at this forum it looks like most of the posters are young fellows. I am a 65 year old, retired person who just likes the security of driving a truck with 4x4. Do I have any older company here?

 

I'm almost right there with you. I'm 60 and just bought my first Tacoma. I'm also about to retire at the end of this week, and bought the truck to haul lumber for my furniture making hobby and to get me to out-of-the-way fishing holes. I'm loving the Tacoma and plan on loving retirement even more.

@New Photo...I'm approaching the on ramp to 50 so I'm 'older' as well. Welcome. I've had my first Toyota ever, picked up a double cab long bed 4x4 in Spruce. Love it! I too enjoy the security of a 4x4.
