2012 USB plug

    How did you do that, do they just pull out? I couldn't seem to get mine out, that was my first idea.

    Try the y cable first. I don't think the USB port in the Toyotas has enough power to run two devices through it.

    I have an HTC Thunderbolt and if I attach it to the USB port, the display tells me that my phone is taking too much power and the USB port will be disabled. My wifes Incredible 2 and ipod work just fine though.

    Not to give you a hard time, but with the questions you're asking, I don't think you should mess with your wiring. Do you have a local that can help you out???

    Just saw this question, You can use a spot with a fuse with an ad a circuit. I used a my accesories spot, because I did'nt have power to any of the empties like the OP of the thread I posted before.

    So no one can tell me how to remove the 12v plug?

    Take the panel off and unscrew it from the back
