I work out of my Tacoma & do quite a bit of curb hopping/ off road to get to my locations..I can see the stock mud flaps gettin torn off real quick!
Does any body have suggestions for something with a lower profile /shorter mud flap?

    Thanks & God Bless,
    Walt

Take a dremel and sander and trim the originals :) There is also someone on here who makes custom flaps..but aint the cheapest.

I bought used first generation tacoma mud flaps. They flex a lot better and they look cool with the 4wd logo. :D

Based on a thread here, I bought tin snips and trimmed mine. Worked great.

I too am looking for mud flaps but am discouraged by how expensive the OEM ones are. They're just mud flaps. I may have to look into the 1st gen suggestion as that is likely cheaper. I'd get a set from Autozone if I knew they would fit and look alright.
