Can feel and hear a pop when going on a harsh angle

When i drive threw a ditch or something i can hear and feel a pop i got the 5100s in front and rear tsb but i didn't notice the sound till after i had my trailer hitch installed and it not just the ball moving around in the receiver. Has anyone els had this happen to them.

 

Is the noise coming from the front or rear ?

 

I am not absolutely sure but i think the back.

 

No chance the spare is loose in the carrier ?

 

If its up front your sway bar could be rubbing on the uca/coil. Mine does and it sounds like a pop too. what are your 5100's set at?

 

Checked that and its always at the same spot right when i feel it i can stop and revers and it will do it again.

 

i have them set at 1.75 and if thats what it is are there marks from it.

 

OMG this sounds like me.

But I'm old and I think it's coming from either my hips or my shoulders. And it's when I'm trying to get out of my chair to walk to the bathroom or something.
