Squeaky front End

Need help with my stock 06 single cab Tacoma with about 70k. My front end is kinda squeaky and was wondering how to fix the squeak. This only happens when I go over speed bumps. Thankyou

up.im pretty sure it not the ball joint. it has to do with the upper suspension like th spring or the strut or something like that.

My LCA bushings were squealing on my '09. I just sprayed them with WD-40 and the squeaking went away. It's been about 3 months since I did that.
