Shift knob suggestions?

So, like many of us, my leather shift knob is going to crap. What have you guys and girls replaced your's with? Is there such a thing as a plain plastic shift knob for the six speed trucks? Any idea what Toyota is going to charge for that? What about aftermarket options? I want one with the correct shift pattern printed on it, since sometimes I will loan the truck to my dad or my girlfriend. Thanks for any suggestions. If you have pics that are easily posted, that would be awesome too.

I was looking at mine today and noticed how warn it is getting which surprises me considering it's an auto. Nice suggestions thus far.

Btw, what's the thread size? I'm looking at the Hurst t-handles.

I'm leaning toward the Sickspeed ball myself. Not sure of the thread size. Might have to carry it into the hardware store and try out some bolts next time I'm there.

Thanks to all who have offered suggestions. Still open to more.

I have a bobble head storm trooper with an epoxied nut inside. He works like a champ. There's a pic on my photos page I think. You can do any character you like for about 10 bucks.

Go into any car auto parts store and see how many different shift knobs you can buy for under $20 and how much detail and how many steps they have compared to this one. At that price those are probably 50% profit to the parts store too. At $62 Toyota is making a killing on these things especially when you factor in volume. Like I said, it's my favorite shift knob for these trucks but I'm not paying anywhere near $62 for one. So until then I will just have to rock my Toyota Camry shift knob.

It's the same basic size/shape as the stock one which you can also find in a Toyota Camry FYI (the standard one.. not the TRD one pictured).

Edit: I did a little research and it looks like it's just a little bit shorter:
