Random Ticking

OK! I need some help

I have a 2nd gen (2006) tacoma dcsb trd. I recently put All Pro EXPO springs in the back and Icon coilovers up front with the Icon shocks with the slave cylinder in the rear. I also took out the swar bar. These are my only mods!

The problem I am having is that when I am around 55 MPH and above I start to hear a ticking. I can hear it better when I am driving next to a wall or another car but none the less it is constantly ticking on the express way. I have rules out engine because it will still tick with the truck is coasting at that speed (I have tried it). My mechanic also says there is no way it is a wheel bearing because it wouldn't make a ticking sound.

Any suggestions or is there anyone who has experienced something similar?

No. It seems like it keeps a pretty constant pace. Probably about 2 ticks per second.

There is a mod to rid the engine of this ticking moving something off the engine with a 10 mm bolt that holds something on driver side but I don't remember more than that it is very common and on here in several threads just search engine ticking
