    I can tell you that it ricochets off windshield leaving a small crack because it happened twice and it wasn't a result of tailgating. I was in the adjacent lane traveling and the truck flew by in passing lane.
    Until you experience it, probably can't understand it

    All I know is that OEM windshields are not cheap in a Lexus. And I wasn't tailgating for that exact reason. I was even in the next lane over. And the scary part is, I saw it coming towards my face. I was a ROCK not a pebble or gravel. If I didn't see it, I would have sworn someone shot at me. The whole windshield spider webbed.
