Fuse for left tail lights?

Well my left tail-light section is out. I checked the fuses, i checked the wire and I'm stumped. I also replaced the bulbs. No turn, no back up and no brake light. Passenger Side only, driver works fine.

Any idea on what it may be tied too or if this is a common occurrence?

 

Problem solved, harness was cut up by the cab... not sure how.

Not yet, but thats the plan. I'll need some solder to do it right.

 

You can crimp it and tape over the crimp, it'll work just fine. A lot of guys won't solder because the joint is not as flexible. HTH.

Solder and heat shrink is a MUCH better solution than a crimped joint with electrical tape... The only crimped joint that I'd ever consider using would be the crimped joints with the heat shrink on the outside to seal the joint. Electrical tape does not do a good enough job sealing the joint, especially if it's outside of the cab.
