Installed it and it fits fine. I used an install kit for Toyotas sold by Better Built (Part # 24201631). It has an extruded aluminum piece that fits into the rail like a wide J-hook, and has a threaded hole to take a bolt. I liked the fact that it distributes the force over a larger portion of the rail (the aluminum pieces are about 1.5-2" wide).

I just left a bit of space (a little less than 2", I think) between the box and the front rail. The lid opens and leaves about 1/4" to 1/2" space between the lid and the truck window screen.

will that uws tbs63alpblk fit on a 2013 access cab? Autozone website says no, but if some of you have it on yours, I guess it would? Is there a difference in interior for the 2013 thats diff from the 11, 10, 09, etc? That would make the 63alpblk not fit? I am a bit confused, AZ site says won't fit, but some of you are using it, anyone more knowledgeable that can confirm that model will fit?

Its at autozone for a cheap price, and I can get further discount if I need to through a friend.
