High Mileage Question

    I'm looking at purchasing my 1st 'Taco (have had other 'Yota 4x4's in the 80's). It is an 06 double cab V6/AT 4X4 with 211K. What things do I need to worry about on a truck with this many miles? (My 2000 F250 7.3 has 290k and I don't worry about anything) How many miles do the cam belts last?
