This happened to me with snugtop cap one time. I cannot tell from your pic whether you have the handle that depresses when it locks.

Either way, I had a real small person climb through the cab rear window and unlock it from the inside and then lubricated the lock and it never happened again. If you cannot do that, take it to the dealer before you break it.

Not Good. And I'm of no help.
But I have the 100XL, with the same door, and would also like to hear the solution.
    Good Luck

You have to turn the handle. I have the same style.

If it won't turn, that means it is locked and you need to get the key. If it will turn, then I'd bet that one or both of the cables came loose.

I had the same trouble one time...if you can get one side open reach in and pull on the cable going to the other latch...once open sit in the box or leave tail gate open and adjust the steel cables...mine had to be made longer by adjustment?!?! It is pretty easy to get a coat hanger in there and pull on the cable....

I ended up getting in there by shoving the smallest asian friend I have through the back window. He was able to open it and we attempted to adjust the cable but it won't stay locked or unlock depending on the cable tension. I am going to make an appointment with leer sometime this week. Until them I'll have to leave half of it unlocked
