Button and Beep: DTRL on a Prerunner SR5 AC 2006

    06 PreRunner SR5 AC
    DTRL, Skid Plate, Bed Extender, ipod hook up in glove bo, bed mat, rubber mats, Garmin GPS, 2.5"Toyotec lift with 5100 shocks and Eibach springs.
    So I did the Daytime driving light mod and I noticed that I have a little button on the kick panel by my left foot. It is really small with 2 wires come out the back. What the heck could that be?

    I also noticed that after I did the mod my doorlocking beep on my truck did not work anymore.

    I am wondering if I had an alarm, as I do have a little light to the left of my dash that blinks. It is not blinking anymore

    and was wondering how I can reset my alarm, that would be great.
