have my friends truck to diagnose for a bit, here is the problem..
    2007 Toyota double cab TRD

AFTER completing a turn the truck would vibrate staying within 40 - 60 km/h
would feel like a rumble strip, give it more gas or let off would stop the issue
    very intermittent issue

    Work done so far
    -New carrier bearing
    -new cv joint
    -balanced driveshaft
    -balanced wheels
    -front end alignement
    -new shocks

Does the truck have a lift?

And does it go away if you put it in 4wd?

    Wheel bearings good?

I'm not the best help, but hopefully somebody will come along soon that knows more(basically anybody). If it does not do it in 4wd, it could be your front diff bearing. It typically happens after a lift, but has been reported to do it stock from the factory. I would have thought that it would have been doing this previous, but the needle bearing could start going bad and do this. I wouldnt think this would be the issue, but it's one of the few things that might be an issue. Symptoms are similar but a little differant, if you know what I mean.

I am no expert but I would suggest getting a Tom Wood's or equal one piece driveshaft. The carrier bearing stock driveshaft is a poor design IMO. I just put a one piece driveshaft on my 2011 and most my vibes are gone. I can't believe I waited until 18500 miles to do this.
