    +1

I'll wave to bikers, but not Taco owners unless they have a TW sticker... and since I haven't installed my TW sticker yet, I get a "look" back.

Not everyone modifies their truck because they seek approval from strangers in public.
I modify my vehicles because I LIKE the way they look, or because I need the function that the mod provides.
I don't give a shit what you think of my truck.
If someone walks up to me in a parking lot and compliments me, I'll thank them.
If someone walks up to me in a store and compliments me, I drop what I'm doing and get the fuck back out to the lot to make sure his accomplice is not fucking with my truck.

If I'm ever driving in Oregon and someone waves, just to avoid being non-responsive, tell ya what.... I'll flip them the bird :brianr:

He didn't really clarify but I don't think he means waving to bone stock tacomas. I think he means modded tacomas. people who obviously take pride in their rides.

    LOL!

Like when I'd be out riding my bagger and wave to someone on a scooter.
They got a confused look, sometimes they'd return the wave after I'd passed, one guy damned near crashed when he took his hand off the bars to return the wave.

I don't make a point of waving at other taco owners. around here if you're not in town or on the highway everybody waves at each other, regardless of make or model.

    Sometimes.

My short career as a Walmart greeter was not uneventful.

Ya see... this fat ugly bitch walked in with a couple of kids, and she was a nasty bitch. I could hear her yelling at her kids and other customers through the doors.

So she walked in, I welcomed her, complimented her kids, and asked if they were twins.

She flew off the handle and shrieked that I must be a moron not to be able to tell that one was 3 and one was 5.

I told her that I figured they were twins because I couldn't believe that someone fucked her twice.

Yep, any dirt road in SK, it's Saskatchewan driving etiquette to wave at not only people driving past you in cars, but even farmers working in the field, or a dude on a quad, dirt roads around here are very friendly.

Exactly. I hated It when I had a jeep and every douche waved at me. I hate jeeps and wasn't proud to drive one. It was the cheapest thing I could get after my divorce.

    Ya, that's a different environment.

But it's not about feeling any "brotherhood" with another vehicle owner, it's just being friendly.
