    posting this for a friend......after breaking hard, seems like the calipers stay pressed against the rotors. he has to accelerate to undo them????anyone

    My truck does this too. To me it feels like the after stoping the transmission shifts back into 1st gear witch then sends more torque to the wheels witch in turn requires more braking force to hold the truck. ANother thing is, I dont have to brake hard for this to happen, seems pretty random at when it happens. But it happens a lot.

    Now IDK if things are SUPPOSED to be this way, my truck has done it the whole 3 weeks I have had it so far :D. I STILL love my Taco though.

    Added extra awesomeness to its original awesomeness.
    This is normal for Tacomas (and Tundras apparently); mine too has done it since day 1, 7 years 150k miles ago.

    Every now and then it still look to see if someone tapped my bumper, because that is what it feels like.
