i know it is quite ugly, i may just go with coopers. but i am pleased with the 51,000 ive put on the pro comp extreme mud terrain tire
but mud terrain chips paint to much which is why im switching

I've had my nitto trails for about 30k and they still have meat on them.
I do have one complaint with them, they are heavy and suck alot of power

I'm running the Pro Comps on my truck and they're awesome. Great tread life, smooth ride, very capable tire overall

I like my Pro Comps, do well in the snow for an AT and have handled well everywhere else. good tire IMO but I got them under convenient circumstances and didn't really end up shopping around. may have went with something lighter otherwise but I'm more than happy with them

I spent three months looking for the right tire for me. I didn't want a load range E tire. They ride hard or spongy depending on tire pressure. I really like the duratracs (load range C) so far.

Treat yourself to some better tires then pro comps man, you will like duratracs way better. My buddy has a 4 runner with pro comp mts and it sounds like a bee hive is on each corner of the car

I don't notice mine at all and I don't even play music or radio or anything most of the time.

That said the reason I got these is because the dealership messed up the tire size they ordered of the ones I wanted and were able to give me these as part of the negotiation for my truck for free so I didn't pass it up, but I'm not complaining, they have been quiet and performed well enough

I'm sure there's better out there though

EDIT: I read your post closer, your buddy has MTs, hence the beehive, nvm. . . ATs have been quiet
