Are you trying to see if there is any scrub with the front lift? It's going to be like any lifted 6 Lug Taco.

Anyone know how to read VIN numbers? It would be interesting to know if, somewhere in that string of characters, there was an identifier telling your which number (of the 750) your truck was.

I got my baja last July, it just hit 4000 miles...it's a black dc auto...I put on black tube steps, otherwise it looks like all the other black ones...I'll post pics when 1, I learn how and 2 after some mods. I'm going to put on a ssupercharger, hood with scoop, black grill, and? no plans to play with suspension, it's good enough for me...I've seen 4 black baja on the road since I got mine....I haven't seen a red one yet

Any pics of the light bar? I was thinking of maybe getting a rollbar with a couple lights on it.

X2, I'm curious as well on the true height of the Baja package suspension.

I am at 21.5" front driver and a little under 21.5" on the passenger front. I have a plate steal bumper and warn 10,000s winch. I was at about at 22 or a little more before I added the extra 140 lbs.

I am at 22" in the rear from center of wheel hub to the fender.

Even though the baja is "rare" just stay strong and walk away at least once. I probably could have got a little more off. I was between two different dealers and as soon as one guy dropped the price a grand the other did. Then one threw in an extended warranty. So the other one did. I think I should have stuck to my guns and I could have got even more off.

Time is on my side. I am in no hurry. Dealer I bought from in 2009 knows it. I have a quote on Tforce at 3500 off.

Did a quarter of the Mojave trail and then did media at the Mint, all in one day! Truck was so much fun. Most fun I've had in a truck out of the box. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1364494844.635657.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1364494862.352175.jpg

I traded my 09' trd sport with a bunch of mods in for the 2012 baja. Truck is sick right from the factory. Of course you can do anything with tacoma's, but i like having the bumper to bumper warranty. I can beat the s:)t out of this thing and Toyota has to fix it. Also the few upgrades are just nicer than the sport I had. I put a couple bucks into my baja and everyone stares at it. The baja came in second to the raptor in overall truck of the year. That's pretty sweet. Toyota could have lifted another inch or two but with bigger tires I clear most trails. I'm debating on powder coating the wheels, but I'd have to paint the center cap myself. Don't want it to look stupid. Any ideas?

I say leave the wheels alone. I've seen the black ones from the tx pro on other tacomas I've seen the bronze ones on ebay but I've never seen ours on any other truck, or for sale. Why mess with them. I think they look awesome just the way they are.
