I got my URD maf sensor calibrator installed today and when i picked it up the check engine light was on and it threw a code DTC-P0103. The guy said it was nothing to worry about and it might go away when the ecu adjusts. On my way home i noticed i had nooooooo power past 2.5k rpm and the throttle wouldnt engage past half-throttle. I called him back to see what could be wrong and it turns out he used quick connects and didnt solder. He says he will call gadget tomorrow n see what he has to say but i think he shouldve soldered. Anyone else get that code?

Hes said he had never done one but he has installed other chips before and he was giving me a very good rate so of course my dumbass let him do it. Yeah as soon as i found out he didnt solder i called him. I also live 1.5hours from town! so its very inconvenient for me to go back to him. I have a soldering gun and i could prob do it myself im just not that confident with my soldering skills lol how difficult is it?

If you have never done it before let some one else do it a cold solder joint is worst then a stake on.
