OME 3” lift Mickey Thompson Classic III Wheels

Cant decide which of these to go with. With the add ons, there is only about a $50 price difference. I just want to make sure I don't have any problems later (4-5 years later, I plan on keeping my Tacoma for a while). Also, are new UCA's needed?
