Hey new to this forum and just started researching lockers for my 2010 4x4 extra cab, I spend alot of time on logging roads salvaging lumber and am always looking to upgrade my truck. Has anyone ever swapped out the rear axel with a factory e lock? any tips would be awesome, Thanks! pic of my truck attached

Why not just buy a locker?

ARB would probably be easier, swapping the axle involves wiring, me no do wiring. Also with the ARB you have to run a compressor which can also be used for other applications.

Just get an air locker and be done with it.

Put an ARB in your current vehicle. It's a stronger differential, and you'll add OBA at the same time with its many uses.
