3" wont blow your mind with height, but as far as offroad capability it's night and day.

but there is definitely a noticeable difference

Def. go with spindles, it will ride better than a 3" lift(factory spindles)

You will pay more for a 3" lift by the time you purchase new upper control arms to get your alignment in specs. I bought my 885s used for $130, bought my 5100s for $190 and my Upper control arms used for $250. This totals $570. I could have bought MaxTrack spindles for about $540 and had a factory ride. Keep in mind I bought my springs and UCAs used.

Both are suspension lifts. Just different parts changed. Spindle lift is a different spindle that you swap in, generally you just install some coilovers for lift

Truck with the All pro bumper is at 3"

Well I was thinking about getting the procomp 3 inch suspension system. People say that all around it's a decent lift besides the stiffness

I suspect if you level your truck with a 3" or even a 2.5" lift, you will experience a profound difference. Especially if you put some 32 or 33 inch tires under it.
