Toyota Extra care warranty

I have a question. I bought my truck about 6 months ago (used) from the steelership and they offered mne a toyota extra care package for 2k which i bought. Im looking into possibly trading my truck with another used Tacoma from another stealership (not toyota its a ford) my question here is that can i transfer that package to my new truck that i will get or does it stay with the current truck ?

 

I cashed my Toyota Platinum warranty in when I traded in my truck.
It gets pro-rated minus a fee.
It only gets transferred to a new owner (private party). Trading it doesn't keep it at all. It is based on VIN.
Your paperwork should explain how to process for a refund.

 

oh nice thats good to know so atleast im not loosing it. I think i paid 1700 and this was exactly 3mths ago. so i should bet getting most of it back hopefully.
