I did a quick search and there were a few threads talking about a blend door issue. The compressor is working, no leaks, the Clutch is engaging, its just blowing hot air. So it would make sense that the door is stock in the ht air position. So my next question is, what do I have to disassemble to "unstuck" the blend door? Or is there a relay that could have gone bad? Driving with the windows open is just not cutting it! And local shops want lots of money to do the repair.
