Taking more than one dirt bike out was tricky even with the D rings moved to the front of the bed. I needed more attachment points for my tie downs so.

1.25" square tubing and a few tabs later

Nice job, it looks solid. Where did you get the D rings? I put additional connections to the bed mount bolts and it is great for one bike but I don't trust the factory bed rail attachments for a second bike.

I just swapped the original D rings from the back holes to the front holes. I bought the weld tabs from a chassis shop online to weld to the main bar. It holds 2 bikes perfectly now

Got me laughing about the time 4 of us went riding and 1 DB left without notice. 3 full size bikes and a Chevy Luv, LOL. Idiot that left had a full size truck too....

Yup. My 400+lb sport bike doesn't flex the tailgate at all.

Tailgate holds up perfectly fine. I now have had my new CRF250r, my GF's YZ85 and my buddy's RM 125 tied down with no issues. All just using 2 tiedowns each and this bed bar uses the existing holes and Toyota hardware so no drilling is needed. I'm going to take the bar off, finish weld the tabs, brush it with my grinder and clear coat it :)
