Yakima basket with OEM roof rack?

Tried searching with no luck.

Anybody have this setup? I have a Yakima basket for my Land Rover LR3 just like the one below, and I'd like to use it for the Taco. Just need to know if the clamps on the Yakima basket will work with the base bars of the OEM rack. I know you can buy the Yakima roof rack setup, but I like the look of OEM much more.

Saw that post, but I was hoping for some stronger evidence...hopefully somebody will chime in here who has it or has tried it.

 

I have had Yakima racks before and have found that they have a very good selection of adaptors(feet/towers) for all kinds of vehicles. Go to their website and see if they have them.

 

I'm sorry I don't have pictures. BUT..... The yakima load warrior will fit if you add the extension however it barely fits width wise. Your best bet (and what I'm keeping my eye for) is the mega warrior. It fits and is almost the exact same width as the the cab and looks a little better IMO on top of the taco. I have physically seen the load warrior with extension mounted, so I know the MEGA warrior will work and have been told by someone that has the set up that it works good
