I just had this same problem. Whenever i would turn right the noise would go away and it ended up being a bad passenger side wheel bearing. Sounds like your driver side bearing is bad.

Grillcraft, with front and rear bumper/bed in the works.
As already stated, its your wheel bearing. Go to the parts store and by the whole hub assembly, easier and quicker install.

I'm having the same problem. I can hear a vibration; can't feel it in the steering wheel as much as I can hear it. I can hear it as I accelerate and it is much louder and noticable when I reach 60 mph. and it goes away when I turn left; like a sharp bend on the highway or a quick sudden lane change to the left lane. So this is my front/drivers side wheel bearing? right?

Also, the truck WANTS to turn left. I thought it was just my alignment, but would the drivers side front bearing make this happen?
