    So I was at a local meet up today and had an interesting idea. One of the guys has a 2012 V6 pre-runner with mucho lift and big ass tires(35's:notsure:) but is still running the stock gears in the rear. I'm curious if the 3rd member I just pulled out of my '07 4x4 2.7L with 4.10 gears would swap right in his truck to bring a little extra ooomph back to his ride and help him a little bit at the pump too.

    Light bar and bumper guard, 3/16 steel skid plates for engine, tranny and transfer box, OME 881 springs with 5100 shocks at mid clip. AAL in rear. Positraction rear diff.
    You might give the local Toyota dealer a call see what they say. Or what the heck try it and see if he buys the beer.

    Hope you're not giving that thing away though, a lot of guys would pay a pretty penny for those 4.10s of yours. As long as you both have the non e-locker diff it'll bolt right in. He may have limited slip though as well and your 4.10s might be open. ???

    What I meant was he might lose his limited slip if he has it, if that matters to him.

    2019 Rubicon 4 Door,
    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    The newer trucks use the brakes to mimic a LS Diff. No mechanical LS diff to worry about.
