I put some black ABS plastic around base and moulded it with a heatgun and clipped it on..i think it looks better with it.

Thanks, this truck is going to South America so i had to find a way to install a snorkle for the water crossings. Roads are very bad so truck had to be built to deal with the severe terrain.

Nice looking mod & truck in general. Came out clean. Where'd you pick up the sheets of ABS plastic as I'm looking to make some wheel wells similar to yours:cool:

Rear differential breather, sealing up of the National Luna Dual battery controller and filling up the wheel wells to stop sloopy mud and dirt filling up wheel wells.

Use excess plastic as it pulls in when moulded. I used a boxcutter with hooked blade for triming around the edge. Another hint is to drill all holes around fender lip first!!! Test size of drill with clip shaft diameter so it fits snug before you push in pin. Use a sharp pointed device to punch hole in ABS plastic then use a dremel with a router blade to open hole slightly bigger than fiberglass hole to have room for flexing.
    Cheers.

For length Measure from front bumper to rear of front fender along the fender lip and add a foot each side. For width measure from lip to inner fender edge and add a foot each side. For rears same thing but go to inner fender wall and add a foot to lip. It's very easy to shape with heat gun. Use 1 in diameter washers if using bolts on fiberglass bed.
