Whenever they do come out with something it should be pretty popular. I know I'll be getting a rear ARB to match my front

There has never been a rear bumper for our trucks and at this rate there never will be. It sucks I know but keep your fingers crossed.:(

Icon coil overs, stock UCAs, ARB with winch, 255/85's, and I sliced my front tires to hell. Had to trim. No regrets.

I still disagree on the ARB weighing 185lbs. If so, I'm a powerful sumbitch to lift by myself, then.

Well it did say "shipping weight", So idk really, I'm almost positive it weighs in the area of 165-185, but I didn't install it myself so I've never personally dealt with it, I'll email ARB

I'm pretty positive that the ARB is 165 lbs

Shipping weight would assume packaging / crating

Per ARB for a Jeep Wrangler: Hi Mike, the shipping weight is 150 lbs, so a few lbs less than that. It does not require it, but a lift kit, leveling kit or spring kit is highly recommended.

The mixed responses are kind of confusing me. As far as the bumper weight and a few people saying that I'm fine with my current 885 setup to run the bumper, and others saying it can't handle it or will need trimming

But I still think it would be safe to say that saving a little more, then going with the 886's, then adding the bumper, and winch would be the safest bet. Then trim if it still is close. I'd rather not find out the hard way that my current setup won't work, lol.

His tires are bigger. I would wait and put the 886's on first.

I'm running an ARB with Warn XD9000 on my accesscab (roller fairlead, wire rope and a pair of Hellas 4000s). As already noted, install the winch at the same time since it's a PITA to take the bumper on and off. I'd guess the bumper and winch together weigh around 200#s. The bumper comes packed in a big cardboard box with a lot of padding and a big bag of nuts, bolts and hardware. I was able to pick the bumper up by itself when it was unpacked and move it around but it's awkward; same with the winch by itself. There's no way I'd try to pick up the winch and bumper together. I put the 886s on at the same time and I've got a bit of sag; I want to say I put them on in 2007. Each truck is different and mine seems to sit a bit lower than some others I've seen with similar set ups- there's no way I could run your tires without spacers though and then I'd have issues with my CV boots.

This is the only picture I had on this computer that kind of shows the front. Those are Goodyear LT265/75R16s on the truck and there's a DRZ400 and hitch carrier on the back as well as the ground not being level. There's sliders on the truck now too so figure even more weight.

You can unbolt the splash guard and push most winches up through the bottom to install them.

Good to know. I figured you probably could after I mounted mine and looked at it, but I think it'd still be easier to mount the winch then put the whole thing on if you can afford to buy both and have some help to mount it (I used a forklift). Plus I'm bad about busting my knuckles up.

Hey fellas, I just got an email back from the ARB tech and he said the bumper weighs approx 95 pounds without a winch, a lot lighter than I thought!
