OME lift just installed on my 2011 AC!

What do you guys think?
I'm really happy with it..
Had the 885's put on without top plate spacer... Still slightly higher in the back, but I'm happy with it..
Need some KM2's next!
Question: White walls in or out??

Also, I got the "885x", labeled on the tag... I'm understanding that the new "x" springs will not sag at all...
Hoping this is true, since I'm not using top plate and would like my front to stay where it is...
Anyone have these installed a long time that can say the No sag is legit??

Looks great dude. I love it. I would just maybe buy some new tires and your all set. The new 885s wont sag. Ive had mine on for 6 months and no sagging. What do you have for the rear, 2in aal?

Thanks man, yea rake isn't bad... Just hoping the new "x" springs won't sag over time...
Guess I can always get the top plate installed later.. (more $$)

Hard to decide whether or not to do white walls in or out when I get KM2's... They do look good out... but may look meaner facing in..

aidenhardcore - sweet name btw... is that referring to the band aiden?

Happy to hear no sag!
Umm I think it was the 1.5 AAL... because I did not have the TSB prior...

Your truck looks sick... I see you have a slight rake as well right?
What size tires are those btw,
285/75/R16?
What exactly did you have to trim or modify...if so

Yeah having the top spacers put in later if you want is gonna be alot of money. It cost me like 250 just to have the top spacers put. Its crazy but I i would deff do it I hated by truck with the rake. I like it level. I had a shop put the spacers in like a month after the lift and I will never go back

Yeah its the band aiden haha. I love them, If you didnt have the tsb prior like me then its the 2in aal like me. I do in the pic cause i didnt have the top plate installed but now i do.
I like 265/75/16. They dont rub. No 285s for me cause ill have to trim and your mpg will deff take a hit and I didnt want that. Mine is lifted 3inches, 265 bfg ats load e and getting 19.2mpg. I likey

aiden,
Thanks for the info dude.. yea I use to listen to them they aren't bad.

I mean I already have 265/70/R16 and bumping up to 75 isn't too much of a change, but they look really good on yours..
Soo we'll see...maybe I'll test fit a 285 and see what happens..
Anyone know how much trimmer is involved and what you actually have to trim??

I was getting 14 to 16 mpg and I had duals flowmaster 40 series and driving fast. I changed my muffler to a 14 inch magnaflow and do not go only 60mph on the highway. I drive slow and never floor it. I get between depending how i drive, 18 to 19.3 mpg. On the last 2 fill ups, i have got 19.2 twice and 305 to 310 on a tank. I swear the new muffler helped. Im so happy

305-310 on a tank and only 265/75's? i can go 330-340 before my light comes on with 285/75's load range E 10-ply.

Thanks dude. Took awhile but love the way my truck looks. For 285s you need t mostly do the cab mount chop and cut the plastics alot. I wasnt ready to do that on my new truck. So i went with bfg at 265/75/16 and I love them. They dont look to to small on my lift and it helps my mpg. They preform amazing too.

wow really. I could never do that. Thats so weird. I baby my truck too but only got 310 on a tank. Do you have any mods on it like filter and stuff? I wish i was getting that but 19.2 mpg on a lift is pretty good I say. Better then 9 mpg on my hemi ram a couple years ago lol

all i have is 5100's set to 2.5" and 1.5" wheelers 3-leaf AAL packs and did NOT have to do the cab mount chop. if you were going to run 305's or 315's then you would have to chop the cab mount. basically i trimmed a corner off my front mudflaps, and a tiny bit of the plastic fender lining, and its good with no rubbing. i dont have any performance mods, bone stock. only had the truck for 5 months. i dont go easy on it either, i mean, i dont hammer the piss out of it but i dont baby it to try to get the most MPG's i can, i just drive normal. when i want to pass/merge or speed up im not afraid to give the gas . i set cruise to 73 on highway everyday.

B737, honestly, I've read tons and tons of forums about how a rare amount of guys are saying the 885's are way too stiff on a Access cab... and I was scared to pull that trigger, but I can honestly say it rides really awesome...
It's stiff, yes, but way more comfortable than the stock bilsteins with the TRD offroad, cause that's what I had....
I feel like this setup is barely anymore stiffer, but at the same time..feels way more stable. it's hard to explain, but it feels great I know that!

650H1,
Thats the info I needed... Having the 885 suspension lift I should be at least 2.5 up front or maybe 2.7ish... without top plate..
If you only had to do small trimming on fender lining, I'm cool with that..
Guess I'll test fit 285/75/R16 and see!

yea i had minimal trimming and i only have stock coils. my 5100s are set to 2.5 which i think is just about the same as your 885's, but my truck is heavier. it prob equals to be about the same, but you shouldnt have to worry about it, there are a bunch of guys here running 285's with all different kinds of suspension.
